From January 6, 2025 CareFinder accepts vouchers from Relo Club to use towards babysitting services on CareFinder.

CareFinder realizes that childcare in Japan can be expensive and inconvenient. That is why we worked with Relo club and various employers to help reduce the financial burden of childcare and to enable families to find the right care for their children.

If your employer uses Relo Club for its corporate benefits program you are able to get discounts towards babysitting. The discounts are:

Points: ¥1000 points to use towards babysitters

Babysitting vouchers: Depending on your employer you may receive ¥300 (or larger) rebate per hour of babysitting.

Example: If you are able to use the babysitting voucher and receive a 300 yen voucher per hour.

Sitting fees per hour: ¥2000

Hours: 5

Initial total sitting payment: ¥10,000

Rebate: 300

Hours: 5

Total rebate: ¥1500

Ponts: ￥1000

Childcare Subsidy Coupons: 300 × 5 = ￥1500

Total effective sitting cost: 10000 - (1000 + 1500) = ￥7500 

Effective sitting per hour: ￥1500

This brings the effective sitting per hour below the market rate for childcare in Japan. It can be to juggle the responsibilities of a full-time job and raising children. CareFinder hopes to be an affordable and flexible option for your childcare.
