Years of Experience

With a strict interviewed selection process, CareFiner only provides experienced babysitters. At CareFinder, 74 percent of the babysitters have over 3 year of experience with children. Whatsmore, almost a fifth of the babysitters have over 10 years of experience working with children. These experiences range from strictly babysitting to teaching, coaching, nursing, and even mothers who have raised their own children.

Languages

All CareFinder babysitters speak either English or Japanese but many are bilingual in both languages. A great majority of our babysitters speak more than two languages with 40 percent being bilingual, 18 percent trilingual, 4 percent quadrilingual, and even 3 percent speaking over five languages! These languages include Tagalog, French, Mandarin, German, Spanish, Russian, Indonesian, Vietnamese, Dutch, Polish, Sinhala, Hindi, Italian, Cantonese, Arabic, Farsi, Uzbek, Slovak, Czech, Tamil, Thai, Nepali, Korean, Tibetan, Icelandic, Danish, Swedish, Norwegian, and Portuguese.
